合金鋸片焊齒的操作步驟

合金由超細(xì)微粉在高壓內(nèi)完成燒結(jié)溫度在1200℃,現(xiàn)在合金焊接都偏向低溫焊接。目的保護(hù)其金相組織在焊接時(shí)不受到破壞,焊接溫度不宜高于750℃,溫度均勻比較好隔齒焊接。

焊齒時(shí)要注意合金是否有碳化物,保持合金周邊干凈不要有灰塵,齒座不允許有銹點(diǎn)或氧化物,助焊劑不宜太濃或太稀,調(diào)成糊狀,有粒狀助焊劑不能使用。注意沉淀,重復(fù)使用時(shí)要調(diào)和助焊劑,比較好滴在合金上,不要糊在基體齒根外。

使用銀焊絲不能追求含銀量過高,一般在45%就可以。銀焊絲主要金屬元素銀、銅、鎳,銀低溫,鎳鋅增強(qiáng)流動(dòng)性,銅增加強(qiáng)度,只要增加適量錳、銦、硒,粘結(jié)力更強(qiáng)。錳有氣孔,銦、硒元素太貴,一般焊絲焊接強(qiáng)度每平方厘米強(qiáng)度為5-16KG,一般每個(gè)齒視合金焊接面積大小而定,每齒強(qiáng)度不能低于50KG,工業(yè)類型在100KG以上。

焊完鋸片后隨即放在100℃烘箱內(nèi)回火,減少焊齒造成應(yīng)力及細(xì)化合金內(nèi)部組織,提高耐用及耐磨度。
